On the front of the coin is The Statue Of Liberty, and The New York City skyline with the Twin Towers. With “Liberty” written on the top edge, and on the side: “The attacks of September 11th were intended to break our spirit....we are more determined than ever to live our lives in freedom” Rudolph W. Giuliani.

On the back is written around the edges: “The American Spirit , Remembering 9/11” Also on the back is an American Eagle standing on a Keystone with the date in it 9/11/2001, in front of a Pentagon with an image of the Twin Towers in it.
