Yep, and if you search lisita page it will give you the option to see only free shipping listings.. never pay shipping threw this page. Most people are charging way to much and is pocketing most of the money.. I've been listing for a few months now and it don't cost much to ship. This ring with tracking will cost me maybe $3-$4. Its a pretty fun page once you figure it out.

No, local pick up is you can meet them somewhere public and get your item if you live in the same town. Other wise you will wanna have it shipped.
