Will this turn finger green?

As long as you take care of it, no. It is gold filled, so the gold coating on it will prevent the base metal from turning your finger green. I'm not 100% sure what the base metal is, but there is a chance that if it is exposed it might turn the finger green. Just make sure it is worn properly and it will be fine :) gold fill is stronger than gold plating as well.
