It is a $7 bill for the 7 sorrows.

This is from Series 1 and is copyrighted 2005

These are the same size and feel of real US Currency. Yet they are not legal tender and are collected for their highly detailed art.

The picture shows the front of the bill on top and the back of the bill at the bottom.
