FREE: iPod Shuffle 1st Generation!!

You are bidding on an iPod Shuffle 1st Generation. I have acquired this today, all excited because it was my first iPod. I was told it works, got it all charged up, but won't play the songs I downloaded onto it. Found out it won't work with Windows Vista, only Windows 2000/XP, and I am not going to put XP as my OS for this. So whether it really works or not, I cannot say. It has a few minor nicks on the side, and it has mild scratch/scuff marks from its previous owner. This item is AS IS!!!!! It does NOT come with earbuds/headphones.

Please note carefully: I will NOT refund credits if it doesn't work. I have stated in description that I am not sure if it does or not. So if you are not comfortable with that, DON'T bid please.
