so kool come write mine im sick of scammers too and i hate that listia goes on there side i even had a receipt with there address and what date they got it i still lost my points so she got my stuff and her points back so i blocked her post office said listia was wrong because i had the receipt i paid and with her address on it and the date she got it.

Listia does give the winners way too much leniency in cases a lot of them lie and I can prove it most of the time and they give both of us the credits but I block them so I don't have to deal with them again but their are more scammers than honest ppl that I deal with but lately since I've blocked over 200 ppl for scamming I've been getting great listians including you :)

thank you it happen to me back to back both were like new people i e-mail them everything the receipts with there address and what day they got it i paid extra for that and listia gave them there points back took them away from me i was going to quit i was so mad then the guy put a smile and said thank you to me like he was laughing at me so i told him take that smile stick it then i said your blocked. so he got his points plus my stuff they took the points away from me i got nothing lost alot of money not right. plus i had proof that what got me so mad

See I would have opened a ticket and sent my proof and pushed it I've had to do that I had tracking that proves when they got it and they lied about it listia gave them their credits but I opened a ticket and submitted the tracking and everything about the item and auction I got my points back I was so mad I've had a lot of stuff happen to me with listians they're ridiculous when they lie and it's aggravating
