The listing, iphone 4s (READ DESCRIPTION) has ended.

Iphone 4s with sprint. There are issues with the phone.

The screen is cracked BUT it still works totally fine. The volume is also not working, I am unsure what can be causing this. The item will not come with a charger but I will fully charge it before shipping.

Item will be shipped within 5 business days of it ending and will include tracking. I am not doing a GIN for this item and I only ship within the USa

yes it works, do you mean unlocked to use with various carriers? If so no but I know you can get it flashed with certain carriers, I have one that I had flashed to ntelos prepaid

no but you can have it flashed to certain carriers. I know here in Virginia we have frawg wireless where you can flash any phone from any carrier to ntelos prepaid. I have had several phones flashed by them including my iphone 6 from sprint
