Will the post office allow you to send media mail just with postage stamps? Or do you have to go into the post office for them to verify it is actually media mail? If you know I'd really appreciate the help! :) thanks!

Hi honey!! The postal rules and regs on Media mail is mean. According to them they have to be able to look inside of your media mail package if they desire.... and there must not be advertising. Meaning you cannot use Media Mail for magazines as they are full of advertising. I did not know the first rule.... and mailed my books in sealed boxes for YEARS and nothing was said. Lately? I have used kraft envelopes when possible and do not Lick and Seal... just use the prongs and just a small amount of tape so that they can open if they want. Hope this helps! Love, Patty
