No problems at all. My wife got this as a christmas present and thought she lost it. So i got her a new better one, and then we found this one a couple days ago. Its a lithum battery. So to charge it you will need a usb cord wich I will provide

Yes it does have a couple differet shutter sounds that you can use or turn off

I know what your talking about. I saw the comments left on the other auction. When we recieved this item there wast a memory card in it. But i will include one if the auction gets over 1500.
