Description

The listing, Vintage Enamel and Celluloid Flower Pins has ended.

Very nice selection of vintage flowers.

two flowers of white petals (daisy) with yellow and red enamel metal center is of plastic celluloid petals.

The others are of enamel metal.

The hard plastic pair pin is signed Avon on the cap. You can take them apart as well.
Overall, they are in excellent condition.
See all pictures for descriptions.

I encounter several bidders with less than 100% feedback unable to communicate much but jump the gun of filing dispute and all. Please don't bid if you are intent to create problem and waste my time. Yes I'm beginning to stereotype most of bidders with few feedbacks and low feedback rating. It ruins the fun of putting up auctions when problems arise with those few. You will be blocked.

I sound like a scrooge now, don't I?

But hey! most Listians that know me, I'm pretty cordial, friendly, and easy to get along with:)

I'm the same way, as hubby's on disability, I work part-time, min. wage. When they have those stuff a bag sales, I put in for hubby & me, my girls, the grandkids, etc. and stuff them full!

I'm the main provider as well. We have to find ways to support our family. What we are doing is good. We reduce, reuse, repurpose, etc. Not only we spend less/save $, but helps our planet little:) So much waste out there!

I hear you! The site seems to be flooded with unverified and low percentage bidders lately! The "I decided I don't want it" crowd! Good grief! It does ruin the fun... :(

And I come across a few who never acknowledge my emails on anything and suddenly and behold they file a dispute.

No problems with me as a bidder! I love garage sales as well and understand you completely, as I've been burnt by some Listians.

This weekend, I did a garage sale of my own. It's back breaking but we made $280 and we decluttered a percent of our garage. LOL.

Soon, I think I'm going to make a disclosure? on all my auctions, "If your rating is 97% and under. Please do not bid, you will be blocked" I will let it go if 98% or 99%, I understand that a get a few unhappy bidders and sellers no matter what. Throughout my 400+ auctions. I got 1 negative from a buyer and 1 negative from a seller. If you look at their feedbacks, they have low rating feedbacks themselves!

I got a neutral once because a woman was sending recipes to her mom at mom's work. She never said they were for anyone else, so I thought it was to her at her place. They returned them to me for "non-sufficient address." They needed a suite number! She said she never got them, duh, huh? It is cold, rainy & snowy here and no garage sales usually until May.

When it's cold it's hard to have a garage sale and going to garage sales. So I get my fix going to thrift stores. LOL.

Me too, esp. when they have clothes for .75 once a month!

Oh MY Gosh! You wouldn't believe this. A bag full of clothes from the been for one dollar! I had 4 full bags and I made it fit in the bag. Average of 35 shirts per bag. If there's jeans and jackets, I fitted about 12! Yah, I'm good at Tetris, so I use this skill. I make it work! LOL.

And I'm thinking of listing some on Listia. I gave some to my sisters who are going out of the country. I'm sure kids over there will love it and grateful to have clothes on their back!
