Works perfectly! I just bought this brand new about 3 months ago but I still prefer my other camera. Optical 6X zoom...I forget how many pixels...Comes with USB cord. No scratches or dings in it. Nice big viewing screen, 2&1/2" x 1&3/4". This is a super duper deal!

Yes it will need an SD card. It does come with the USB cord but you still need the card for memory.

No, it didn't come with one. You can get one for about $9.00 at Wal-Mart. There's a slot on your computer to put it in so you can download your photos and keep re-using the same card. It's pretty simple. Your grandson probably already knows how to do it...lol. Dang smart young'uns anyway...

It's just a regular SDHC card. I have several of them...one is a SanDisk card with 8GB of memory, one is a Vivitar.card with 4GB of memory, one has 2GB....As long as it's syas SDHC it will work. And seriously, you can pick one up for about $9.00 at Walmart. I guess most digital cameras need them now.
