The listing, Color changing candle. has ended.

This absolutely refuses to photograph correctly. It is the white petals on the front which actually change color and not the glass itself. It begins as white and goes through blue, green, yellow, red and the "flower" is half and half depending on where the candle has burned down to. The glass itself remains black even though it's true color is a navy blue. The whole thing is some kind of optical illusion is all I can figure. It is however, fascinating. So far it has burned down maybe 1". Plenty left.

Measurements please and is there any type of manufacturer's label or marking on it anywhere? Thank you and most unique item!

4&1/4+" high, 2&3/4" across the top, 2&1/4" across the bottom. there is no label on the glass. However, there is a red piece of something embedded in the bottom of the candle itself. I don't know if you can wax it into the bottom of a different candle, or even if that would work. Quite honestly I haven't been able to figure out how it works. It just blows my mind. The only reason I have it on auction is that I no longer feel totally safe around flames as my balance is lousy. Good luck, and if anyone knows how it works I would love to know.
