36” to 38” Inches around the Waist and YES they stretch….28” Inch Inseam , WIDE flare bottom, Hips up to 42” Around….There are some White-ish spots as seen in clear, detailed photographs- Its seriously like in the Fabric but it isn’t in all honestly that noticeable…..I mean may come out too….Its like a light fading look. Could even put a iron on over it but they are still in Great CLEAN condition…view the Many photos!!!!
