The listing, NEW NEVER USED 100% HUMAN HAIR PIECEMEDIUM HAIR has ended.

This is for a new 100% human hair piece ... you attach it w/combs or pins. it is not in the original package as i ordered it online & i opened it but then decided i won't use it because i have so much hair ... i don't need it. it is a medium brown and you can color it ... use your curling iron or stright iron on it or do whatever you'd do with your own hair. it is a very nice piece and i paid good money for it ( i am adicted to hair pieces) but as i said i have very think hair and dont really need it. it is about 9" long from the base of the peice ... and the base is about 3 1/2" by 4" .

is this for the top of your head to add volume? or an extension?

When I was younger and used them a lot I'd pin it to the back of my head and I use the curling iron to style it in curls as a fast do when I didn't feel like fixing my hair but if you have fine or thin hair it's a great filler too. It's nice if you're in a hurry and need to go somewhere and want to look nice fast

No ... it is a piece you can fix ahead of time and put it towards the top or middle back of the head for a dressy up do or added fullness.
