FREE: Blue Ribbon

The listing, Blue Ribbon has ended.

I didn't have a picture available of this so I got one off of Google :)

It's not exactly what it looks like but the only difference is that the ribbon in the picture doesn't have the safety pin through the middle

Anyway... This is a small blue ribbon that I got at a Blue Ribbon Day event at my son's school a few years ago

The ribbon is just a dark(ish) blue(like in the picture)
and the safety pin is like a silver/gold color (kinda like a champagne color)
