Can you send me the listia rules excerpt where it says this about shipping? That doesn't make sense- I priced shipping outside the U.S. And with insurance the actual cost is closer to $12. And if I was shipping a heavy piece it would certainly cost more than that internationally. As for the piece itself, only the chain is stamped 925- the pendants, as stated, are Tibetan silver. I read the rules- it only specifies that domestic shipping maxes at $6 for jewelry. Domestic shipping here is free.
