Hello! This is an auction for a Miley Cyrus brand shirt. IT is a size XL. I received this second hand, but it's not my size. It looks like the sleeves were cut off...or maybe it was made that way?

The minimum for first class (shipping alone without delivery confirmation and mailers) is 1.71. My estimate to most places would be around $3.49 though I've had to pay the difference many times before and will do it again in this case should I be wrong.

Just to be clear, my policy is that in the case you are overcharged atleast a dollar, I will refund it. I'm an honest shipper.

I recently refunded a someone $2 for shipping and got left neutral feedback because she wanted more not realizing that I had already given back the right amount after paypal fees.

I always am willing to do combined if possible to save you on fees and make it worthwhile. :)
