NO ANUAL CONTRACT/NO CREDIT CHECK. This auction is for go phone (AT&T ). I CANNOT FIND CHARGER BUT WILL SEND IT CHARGED( borrowed sons to charge). I used this only a couple weeks while I was waiting on iphone to be shipped. It's in perfect condition and will be sent in original box with manuals.
