The listing, Rune Mysteries Alternative Tarot Deck has ended.

I'm a deck collector and I need to pare down so I'm giving away a few of my favorite decks.

As the title says this is a Rune Mysteries Tarot Deck. It's a 25 card deck (including the new blank card). It's a companion to the Witches Runes.
This auction comes with all 25 cards and a handmade fabric drawstring bag that holds the cards perfectly. It also comes with the book that gives the lore behind the cards, how to lay out and read the cards a glossary and much much more.
The deck is in immaculate (I dare say mint) condition. The cards have NO wear or tear and the book is in great condition too. I did just notice that a few of the pages at the bottom have been folded a little, probably in storage. :(

These cards have never been used. I've read through the book but I've never used them. I know that some people don't like to use "used cards" for different reasons but I can assure you that this is an unused deck.

OOOH That deck.. I love that one too.. Circle of Life. I knew nothing about it until I saw it and the round cards were so unique to me I had to have it!

I totally agree - there are some REALLY cool round decks! I collect Tarot, so I have most of them - even Tarot of the Cloisters which is out of print. :) If you like those, I bet you'd also like the Transparent Tarot (actually, the same author has a circlular transparent oracle deck, too); have you ever worked with that one?

it's a shame they've been opened..they're very cool and i love norse mythology.
(i'm one of those people who doesn't even like my cards to be /touched/ by anyone else lol)

Used cards are not difficult to cleanse, though, gothika. :) Since I collect decks, I often get out-of-print decks that are - of course - not BNIP, but I don't find their previous ownership to ever be a problem (except when they smell like cigarette smoke.... ick).

Physically cleanse no but a lot of people are sketchy on using "used" cards because of.. its hard to explain. I personally don't use decks other people have used because I don't know how they were treated. I don't know what kind of readings other people got. I just personally like to start with my own fresh new deck to be assured I don't have bad "joo joo" on them... if that makes sense? Gosh, I hope it does!!
