The listing, Nextar GPS has ended.

This is a preowned Nextar GPS that does work just fine...the only issue with it is that it does not hold charge very long off the charger...but if you leave it plugged in while driving in your vehicle it works great....I bought this item off of Ebay and we have used it for quite sometime...It says it was made in September of 2008....on this GPS it does have different things but I never messed with any of it like music and pictures....It does have a Nextar 1Gb SD card in it with Canada and USA maps...

can you leave it plugged in to the car charger while in the car?

Yes it works great if you leave it plugged in...but off the charger it only last maybe an hour if that...so I guess the battery is just weak...
