I don't know how to determine the size. But I am 5'3" about 152lbs. The dress fits me perfect actually. It comes down to my heels but doesn't drag the floor. I hope that helps. Oh the top is like elastic so it stretches.

Yeah the dress is really pretty and so it would also fit me as well cause we are the size height and weight as well

**kerrylarsen94** That's awesome! It should fit you perfectly! It is absolutely the perfect fit on me but I am into the mini dresses now and so this is just too long for what I like. I have a hi - low dress that is beautiful it's black and white striped with lace and again its too long but it's so beautiful that I just can't part with it yet! Funny thing is is that it's brand new and i have never worn it and may not ever wear it but I'm not ready to let it go just in case one day I decide that where I'm going I might need something longer and want to wear it. Lol. Silly huh. But anyhow, when I am ready to get rid of it, I will be posting it here. I will let you know when I do if you are interested! Good luck on this one also!
