About the above comments. I have learned that the only time credits have value is on objects that people do not want. If no one wants an item that might have cost a substantial amount of money in the real world, your low amount of credits to win the auction have obtained substantial value. If you happen to be interested in a hot item that everyone wants, your credits become worth almost nothing, for instance 60,000 credits for somthing that you can go buy for $200.00 at a store. To buy listia credits for a dollar amount does not translate into their potential value in an auction, it is just another way to obtain them if you do not have things to trade. As anyone becomes familiar with listia, they should learn that buying credits is potentially a terrible idea. Simple supply and demand. Demand for an item increases, the number of credits increases, and thus their ultimate monetary value decreases drastically. :)
