This thing can also be used to punch people in the face, its that big!

It was a gift from my mom, but it's just too big for me to enjoy day-to-day in my job (a lot of hands on). I want someone to show this baby off!

The ring is stamped 925.

Comes with the ring box, as all my rings do. This one is a black velvet.

Knowing my Ma, this came from HSN or QVC. Blue Topaz isn't the most expensive gem, but it sure does capture attention and makes quite the statement in this gigantic setting. It takes up about half the space between my first and second knuckle. It fits my ring finger perfectly and I'm a standard 8.

I know!!! I KNOW! I just don't have a lifestyle to wear this thing around! It's BEAUTIFUL, but I think it should be classified as a lady's brass knuckle! I also don't have enough of a vivacious personality to pull this thing off. My mom is definitely the kind of woman who wears ginormous "statement" and "cocktail" rings, not me! I like big stones, but I think the rectangle being horizontal is my biggest turn off. I hope someone can give it a good home and rock it!

My dad is a marine, so my whole life, I was conditioned to think how I can use day to day objects to defend myself if someone tried kidnapping me or something. I see a ring like that and I'm like "ooooh, that's going to hurt" XD

Is there anything on the inside band besides the stamped 925? A maker's mark, for instance?

Great question! I just pulled it out and re-checked with the loupe. It is only stamped as 'CHINA' and '925'. This was a gift from my mom and she is retired and only purchases from QVC or HSN. I'll check through some archives and see if I can find a similar ring to narrow down designers. Thanks!

No problem! I did run over to my mom's (she lives next door) to ask and she instantly chastised me and said, "That's a Victoria Wieck." She designs for HSN, according to her, and she doesn't use a maker's mark and almost all her rings are China-made. She also rambled on about how her rings tend to use intricate small-carat CZ patterns, large carat focal gems, and then asked if I had any bananas at home. All in all a pleasant experience! I hope that helped!
