Heirloom Hopi red dye amaranth. About I'm assuming about 200 or more seeds in auction. Intesely strong growing pants seeds sprout easily and don't need much work to grow far taller than yourself. Heavy in seeds, many young leaves to munch on as you would eat spinach. Enjoys tons of sun! Great hot weather plant. Once you get amaranth and plant them, there will be seeds that fall off the plant and resprout as soon as its moist and sunny baby amaranth will sprout around where the old plant was growing.
