This has the elastic so you can just slide it over your dog collar. It is so adorable.

The puppy in the last pic isn't part of the auction...lol. She thought this was hers and was wondering what I was doing ;)

It doesn't state what size, but I'd estimate it at around 3 to 3 1/2 in diameter.

I think it would work well for small/med to extra large dogs. It would probably work better on dogs over 10 lbs. :D
