African –American heirloom that is a variegated plant and pepper. This plant and peppers look cool growing in your garden, compact plant has white/green leaves. The peppers turn from green to yellow/brown/orange and red and are tapered. This pepper variety was used to season seafood and stews. I like to use it dried and ground on burgers and as a jerky seasoning in place of cayenne pepper.
I grow all the vegetables for my seed auctions as organically as possible. I do not have a certified organic certificate yet, but I am working on it. All vegetable seed was grown in 2014 and is packaged for 2015. I did not buy from a GMO seed source for my original seed. I will not knowingly sell GMO seeds. Everything I grow is in zone 7 and may not work in your area. I cannot guarantee germination rates or if you be successful growing this vegetable.
