The listing, 14KT Gold Pink Star Sapphire Ring has ended.
This pink star sapphire ring has been in my family for generations. I don't particularly like it, but I'm sure someone else might. When you shine it in the light, the star appears.
Yeah I have a pair of blue star sapphire ear rings that have been in my family for a very long time. And from what I know about mine is that it has been passed down to the first born daughter and I was the first born and I have been like the fourth generation to own mine so I plan on giving mine to my first born daughter.
Does the star move when you move the ring? A real star sapphire or lab created sapphire the star will move when you tilt you hand. I have one on my hand now.
Does the star move around on the stone when you move the ring? I ask because I got a blue one once on here and it was a painted on star and I was like... what the?!?!?!? Man!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrr. I just want to make sure. Thanks <3
It does when you shine it in the light. I also know that if there is an "L" stamped on the underside of the stone, then its artificial. I did some looking at the ring with a flashlight, and did not see the "L" anywhere. I did some research on the ring, and it looks to be real to me. That's just my opinion though. I don't want to lie to you and tell you its real if it isn't. My mother gave me the ring, which she got from her mother. I was told it is real.
The band is stamped. I did some reading up on it and said that if there is an "L" stamped or engraved on the underside of the stone, then its artificial. I looked at it all over and with a flashlight, and didn't see an "L" anywhere.
