I have been on this web site for a while now and i have never had a problem. Most people just put that so people will provide info asap as most of us get paid bi weekly and ship when we get paid!!! if you have a problem with MY TERMS dont bid or comment on my items!! So with that said i think you should get over it because no one else has complained and listia hasnt either!

I just read these rules myself, who knows!)Winner1.Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller, you must contact the seller within 7 days and provide the lister with your shipping address (if applicable) and shipping payment (if applicable)
2.For example, if a listing ends on Tuesday, you have until the next Tuesday to contact the seller with your shipping info
3.If you fail to do so, the seller may re-list the item and keep any credits earned
4.As always, we encourage you to contact the seller ASAP and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction

Yes i am aware of all the rule and i do really follow them all. That is why i have a good rating. I have never relisted an item unless i had to and i have always given enough time to the buyer. Thank you for not being rude.

you should listen to what people are saying.. listia has rules and they are for everyone to follow.. lets be fair or otherwise people will not want to bid on your auctions... see you actually just turned me away from bidding just from all your negative comments... if you would just follow the rules i know more people would have bid on your item.. And guys if you see an auction like this that goes against the rules just flag as inappropriate.. im surprised to see this hasnt been done already.
