I see a loop on the side. Is there another strap to go with it? (Shoulder or cross body?)

There might have been at one time because there are two small loops (silver) exterior on each side but I never had it. My girlfriend and I traded purses at Christmas and I never used it. She hated it, and I wanted to make her happy so I ended up with this red purse!...and now it will someone eles's!!
