Absolutely easy-start indoors or outdoors when no frost threat-I find it easier to start indoors-takes about 1 week to sprout then a few days to get 1-2 inches tall then you can plant outdoors and within a few weeks it grows pretty much without any care from you :) And it smells fantastic and the tiny flowers can be light purple-white-and the leaves you can use in cooking or beverages :) Later in the season you can use the stems as a type or potpourri in the house-
