This is an old porcelain perfume spray bottle marked "DEV" on the bottom. The part that screws in is a bit wobbly but this would look amazing on your vanity. ****UPDATE******

I have repaired the top of this atomizer so that it is no longer wobbly but the atomizer does not spray. This would be a decoration only.

Could be im not sure. I found two of them at a flea market. Thought they were pretty. One for me and one for a Listian. :)
