I tried it, and found out pretty quickly (after going to a dermatologist) that I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide so I had to stop using it. This travel set was a free gift they sent me to try and get me back as a customer.

whoops wrong auction - lol. I think my summer cold has gone to my head - I've tried a few of them, the instructions are easy to follow and in at least one of the videos she uses another fitness professional to teach you the moves. I was sore after using it, mainly in my thighs and stomach (there is some floor work) so they definitely work, I'm just too lazy - LOL :)
