This is an amazing beautiful piece. I'm not even sure what it is but when I saw it I knew I had to buy it to put on here. I'm sure someone knows what it is anyway. I hat that its missing a piece but it could be easily fixed by removing the one that is missing. I just didn't want to mess the gorgeous piece up so it will be left up to the new owner. It is gold toned, not sure if real or filled, and the scenes are also painted or etched in gold on something black(doesn't feel like plastic or stone). The scenes are hanging from a gold toned eye hook and gold toned chains. It has a simple hallmark consisting of a lower case k in a three sided box with the top left open. The biggest piece is roughly the size of a quarter with the smallest the size of a penny. Hope all enjoys this auction and bid like crazy!!! Lol!!! Good luck!!!

If it were nelio it wouldn't be on here. It would be with earrings, 3 pendants, and elephant head nelio bracelet. I love the Siam nelio jewelry.

No the black is some other material. Its not plastic or stone or doesn't feel like either one. I think the earlier comment about it being Japanese is correct.

I think it is Nippon, too. The end clasp reminds me of the ending on watch fobs but it is very interesting with the pagoda design resembling some of the styles in Kyoto.
