Last year Mary Kay came out with its new line of lipstick True Dimensions, so it overhauled its regular line and did away with many of the ladies favorites!! Whisper was one of them! As you can see a very popular actress wears the line and this color! Comparing the two ladies pics you can see how the color varies, that's because their natural lip color is different. That is why one shade looks so different on different women. (just a little fun fact). So if you see a shade you like, you can never go by how it looks like on someone else! You have to go by the tube!!! And then of course how it goes with the shade of your natural lip color!
Mary Kay creme lipstick goes on smooth and creamy and is one of the nations favorite lipsticks!

The lid looks a different shade to the lipstick it's self. Which one is the real color?

The lipstick is the correct shade, the lid held in the light because it has a high gloss to it can change when light hits it, changing it ever so slightly. The tubes of frost I have the lids the color shimmers so you get flickers of different colors if you tilt the tube of lipstick. As I said above Lip stick shades look different on every woman so actually the tube color will look different on you than someone else who is bidding, lol, Are you confused yet??? It's a really nice shade!!!
