This is a Thirsties Duo cloth diaper cover in size 2. The cover can be used over cloth diapers as a waterproof layer. It has a snap down rise to allow it to grow with your baby. The cover is in good used condition. The PUL, snaps and elastics are all in great shape. There is some fraying of the hook and loop closures, particularly along the bottom edge of front strip. There is some dinginess along the leg gussets but otherwise there is no staining.

Thanks for the question. It means it is not bright white as it was when new - there's no specific staining, just a bit of greyness to the binding along the leg gussets. The elastics work great!

Yes, this is supposed to fit babies 18-40lbs so it should fit your little one!
