The phone does cut on will go to the Pantech screen and stops.. I do not know how to factory reset it. I just replaced it. The phone is in great physical shape has small scuff on back from case.. Has a screen protector on it. If gin is used I will put a case on it. Will work with at&t or straight talk. I used it for straight talk.

The usb debugger is turned on my phone I have now husband showed me what it was. He said he turned it on
