Size 7 spinner ring two bands of stainless steel one smaller then the other and the smaller moves around the larger.
Very kool ring......
With cut outs all the way around.

Yes. Its two rings on top of each other and the top.one spins around the bottom one. There really kool. Its made of stainless steel so they last forever.
