clong05, that's why you should always pay for shipping ONLY with paypal...(and not send it as a friend on there)...don't accept any "money order or cash only" BS.......and if you did pay for shipping with paypal & sent it as a payment and not as a gift....you are eligible to then file a claim against then & get your shipping money back.
