Is this a Vintage hat? How old is the hat? Is their any tags with brand inside either hat?

Pretty sure that this is not vintage, If I remember correctly I bought it from walmart. Was only worn just a couple times, There is 1 tag on the inside but It does not say any brand name. Sorry.
