There is a page or two on figure drawing and has illustrations and techniques of drawing the nude figure. The content is not sexual in any way, but I am mentioning it to be sure buyers can avoid this listing if they could potentially be offended.

As a graphic artist, illustrator, and painter I find the instruction contained within to be very helpful - learn lights and shadows, point of view and perspective, cast shadows on faces and bodies (goes a LONG way for realism!), cutting, tones, etching, perfecting background and environments, expressing motion, expressing textures, and more.
