It appears to me that something got spilled on the coin. It seems like you can probably remove it maybe with alcohol or something - The corn was like that when I got it

Yes I think it could - might be nail polish or something like that I am not sure but it looks like it was spilled on the coin it's not like corrosion or anything like that - I guess I should have looked at it closer before I listed it, sorry
