The crack is on the screen going diagnoly and on the white part but not over the camera it is 64 gb no it is not icloud locked and I do not know how to do tracking

It's actually $50 worth of insurance , you can get more insurance but it cost a little extra.
Flat rate medium size is $11.95 will ship anywhere in the US with 2 day priority shipping. It includes tracking, the first $50 of insurance and the box to ship it in. Again, if you want more than $50 insurance, it cost a few bucks more per increment. :-)
