Hi there, if you scroll all the way down this page you should see a "support" tab. click on it. then on that page scroll down till you see "submit a Support ticket" then submit your question...But there is really no need to delete yourself out of an auction after you have been outbided....After you are out bid you are no longer committed to that auction....it frees up your credits that you have used to bid with...

I've never tried the Mary Kay's so I can't compare, but I have really sensitive skin and so it's always been hard to find that perfect makeup...until I tried BM then I was hooked....never use anything else...I mean it's like and looks as if you don't have any makeup on...so love the eye shadows too.....
