I bought the hair piece and it was the wrong color. You bid you buy. No buyers remorse. You pay shipping by the 7th day of closing or forfeit points and i relist. I only accept PayPal and a verified listia address. If you decide you don't like it relist.

After the auction closes you have to wait three days and you can ask for a refund. I won't give your points back. I bid on something and got really upset and told her I did not want it and I will give her her points that I bid. Buyers remorse is against Listia rules. We have all bid on something we did not want but we have to give up the points if we do that.

You don't have to take it but you still forfeit points to me. No buyers remorse. If you do nothing you won't have to pay shipping and you won't get the hair piece. If you do nothing then listia will transfer the points to me 7days after the auction closes. You can ask for your points 3 days after the auction closes. But i won't give them to you. I am sorry you are experiencing thid. When i was new I lost 8000 points because i did not know what i was doing. If you change your mind let me know. It is a quality hair piece. God bless.
