So you are putting this up for auction for any civilian to win. Are you aware of the Stolen Valor Act of 2013? If the person who gets this from you isnt a Retired US Marine, he/she cant legally use this patch.

When I bought this item at the store that was selling it. They did not ask me to show proof that I was a retired Marine before buying it. Any one who is not a Marine and wants one of these they don't have to come on listia to fine this one. They can pick one up on an online store.
So get a life, and go leave your rude comment some place else.
