The listing, Cheetah Shoe ring holder has ended.

Standing about 4" high, this shoe shaped ring holder has 4 padded slots for rings. It is black and cheetah print with a small gold glitter accent across the top of the peephole toe. It also features a red and white bow at the top.
The cheetahs design is printed on, the rest is painted. The shoe appears to be made of a bisque type porcelain.

I don't believe so because it was given to me by someone else and wasn't in a package. I checked the shoe this morning and there are 4 spots on the bottom where small dots of paint came off from sitting. There don't appear to be any marks on the upper part though.
