This Stuff is Free Too:
Description

The listing, dell laptop has ended.

dell inspiron 1000 laptop.

computer works but is missing battery and charger. it will work plugged in with out a battery and ive actually seen a few chargers listed here on listia, or ive seen them on ebay for around 5 bucks.
it is also missing a button, im not even sure what the button does, it has the microsoft windows emblem on it.

sold for 6500 credits to a dead beat bidder who "thought it was free shipping" and filed a dispute. so here is what i will do.

7000 credits gets you free shipping

8000 credits and ill include an unopend still in the box lg wireless turbo connect internet card..

im not a computer guy, so i cant give you a million details about it. if you have a specific question ill talk to someone who can find out an answer for you, but to make it plane and simple, i used this computer for microsoft word, internet explorer, and my digital camera. it has a dvd burner on it, i dont know if you can burn music or not, i used it for pictures. if you touch yourself at night looking threw a microsoft catalog then no this is not what you are looking for. its not top of the line or anything, its just a plane and simple computer that runs off of windows xp.

here are the specs off the dell website, i orderd every upgrade they offered, but it does not list what they are so bare minimum this is what is there , somethings are upgraded.

@ janishargett . If ya want to buy credits ya have to look to the left of your screen for credits. To purchase credits just click on the "Buy Credits / Special Offers" right under credit activity. The get credits link at top of page gives ya ways to earn more free credits not buy. Hope this helps.
Sorry @ tat2dup I did not mean to rain on your parade but I felt the3 need to correct. LOL watching N GL

I have one of these for each of my 2 kids. They're not a bad computer at all, and will do light gaming (Minecraft, ect) pretty well. Like anything, you should install maximum RAM to get best performance, but this laptop will make a great start for someone. Replacement batteries are reasonably priced too. My only disappointment was that they were made without the wireless card so you need to use one like offered if bids get to 8000.
No regrets getting them for my kids.
