Last auction went very well so i have relisted so those of you that had emailed me about buying some have a chance to get some for freee!!!!Beautiful macaw feathers. you will be getting 4 of my choice, i will try my best to match them for you. you will get two matching pairs but i will make the two pairs different colors for variety :)
These come from my 3 macaws. a scarlet named Elvis, A shamrock hybrid named Baby and a military named conner (see pics). They will do the picking for you!!!!! If you are the "crafty" sort, there are tons of ideas all over the web..use them for feather extentions, earrings, dream catchers or use your imagination :) shipping is always freeee!!!! good luck and happy bidding.

they are washed gently and dryed on a towel if that is what you mean..thanks for the question

absolutely!!!! sold some to my hairdresser and she makes the feather hair extentions and crimps them with a silicone bead..so colorful and cute and stay in amazingly long!!!!..i also give you two pairs of differant colors so they can be doubled up!!! thanks for the great comment :)

no the birds do not get hurt. they go through stages called molts. this is where they lose old feathers to make room for new ones. kind of like a dog shedding. but with three macaws i have a never ending supply of feathers..lol

I hope you have more of these listings in the future. You have beautiful birds too. I knew they would not get hurt because sometimes they pluck their own feathers and/or they go through molting. :)
