Ring Relisted, but it's a beauty! It's a size 4.5 or 5, not sure. But it is a genuine diamond approx 0.25 ct in a round setting. It is stamped 10K but it's over .925 silver.
I have been told it can be resized by a goldsmith.

Ring is prettier than pics.
