Place desired amount in bath or soaking water & dissolve. Then get in the bath - soak! Blot body dry - do not wipe ( removes the moisture/oils if wiped).

Tip: always BLOT dry when coming out of bath or shower when using : body scrubs, bath salts or anything other then plain soap. By blotting - it allows your body to absorb the oils etc in the scrub, salt etc.
